It worked this is the way to do it
use the add on in firefox than download WM converter than convert to an mp4
that's quick time file or if you need a windows media file change the settings on the WM converter.
I know for some of you this might not mean much but for the few of us that enjoy the challenge of converting and deciphering technical enigmas its exiting
