some fear of not waking up

38 years 2 kids one lives in Mich. and Nehi with us
to tell you a little about my self When I got out of high school I weigh 170 lbs lean running machine
at the age of 19 I was called to do ministry and since I been gaining weight because of going out to eat and the lack of exercise but i also think it had to do with stress and my culture
everything is around food - celebrate = food /sadness = food /angry = food
and add that everybody in my family is overweight doesn't help
this is my opinion not the norm
for me i think it had to do with feeling abandon when i was a kid my parents left Guatemala to come to the US to provide a better living for us but it didn't stop the feeling of being out of control nothing i could do - and the only thing I could control is food
that' good for now
